Vinita’s story.  She is bold, powerful, strong, free, independent.  I choose feminist icons – Frida Kahlo, Bollywood actresses, and here - Marilyn Monroe.  I am so drawn to her attitude and free spirit. I have depicted her so many times I can paint her with my eyes closed.
