Ragini’s story.  This painting is part of the Lakshmi series - a tribute to Lakshmi, the favourite of the Hindu goddesses.  She brings spiritual and physical wealth, knowledge and luck. She offers the golden steps to all desires, her peacocks bring dreams and freedom, yet Ragini’s signature snake – a metaphor for temptation – is always present.
